Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fencwin platform — including but not limited to the website at fencwin.net, any associated mobile interface, cricket betting markets, casino games, crash games, live dealer tables, or promotional features — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fencwin ("fencwin", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using fencwin and close your account. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to fencwin is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

Account Registration

Creating Your Account

To access fencwin's betting and casino features, you must register a personal account via the fencwin Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one fencwin account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fencwin employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances may be forfeited, and any bonus winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your fencwin username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fencwin will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify fencwin immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fencwin accepts no liability for losses or damages resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Account Name Accuracy

The name on your fencwin account must exactly match the name on the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in the same name as the registered fencwin account holder. Accounts where the registered name does not match the payment account holder name may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposit Processing

Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard are typically credited within 1–3 business hours. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal Eligibility

You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your fencwin account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You must have completed at least one deposit before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount you must wager using bonus funds (and in some cases deposit funds) before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place total qualifying bets of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — typically slots contribute 100%, while table games and cricket bets may contribute at a lower rate. Bonus Validity and Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins or promotional credits expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are automatically removed from your account. fencwin will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Abuse and Fraud

fencwin monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, coordinated betting patterns designed to arbitrage bonus terms, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine casino engagement, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, fencwin reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds previously paid out in connection with the abusive activity.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Casino Games

Responsible Use of Platform Features

Players are responsible for all bets and game plays initiated from their registered account, regardless of whether those actions were taken by the account holder personally. If you believe unauthorised bets have been placed on your account, you must notify fencwin support immediately. Bets that have already been settled will not be reversed unless clear evidence of unauthorised account access is established and confirmed by fencwin's security team.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fencwin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether using your own identity or a third party's identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or in response to any verification request.
• Using fencwin for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favour — any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are subject to void and recovery.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawing or using funds deposited into your fencwin account.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward fencwin support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage any part of fencwin's technical infrastructure, including its website, APIs, databases, or game servers.
• Allowing a third party to use your fencwin account, or using a third party's account with or without their knowledge.

Account Closure & Termination

Voluntary Closure

You may close your fencwin account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method. Closing your account will also cancel any active bonuses and associated wagering requirements. Termination by fencwin

fencwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, abusive behaviour directed at fencwin staff, or where continued operation of the account would expose fencwin to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account by fencwin for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fencwin determines that funds in your account represent proceeds of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity, those funds will be forfeited in full. Where termination is not related to any breach by you, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a formal complaint regarding any aspect of your fencwin experience — including account closure, transaction disputes, game outcomes, or bonus decisions — you must first contact fencwin's support team via live chat and allow up to 5 business days for an initial response. Amendments to These Terms

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation or interpretation of these Terms in any language other than English, the English-language version shall prevail.
